The problem the site had to solve
People searching for carpet help may have a ripple, a torn doorway, pet damage, a burn, or an RV flooring question. A single generic service page would make them work to figure out whether a repair is possible.
The site gives each repair type its own direct path and explains the repair-first approach, without promising that every carpet can be saved.
Separate pages for each repair
There are separate service pages for restretching, patching, pet damage, burns and holes, seams and transitions, and RV carpet. A visitor with a burn lands on a page about burns, not a combined list.
The homepage walks through a four-step customer path and uses real project imagery, presented as project examples.
The contact path
A visitor can call, or text photos for an initial conversation. Both are one tap from the homepage on a phone.
The online estimate form on the site is currently being repaired. Until that is fixed, visitors should call or text photos instead, and this case study does not treat the form as a working channel.
