Prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes. Everything above is confirmed in a written service agreement before any work starts — nothing on this page is a contract.
- Setup fee
- $99 on every plan, due before work begins. Refundable if you cancel before work starts.
- Initial term
- 12 months, starting at launch. After that, service continues month to month and cancellation takes 30 days’ written notice.
- When billing starts
- Monthly billing begins at launch, not at signup. The setup fee is the only charge before that.
- Launch timing
- Typical target is 2–4 weeks after we have your materials and approvals. It depends on scope and scheduling, so it is a target rather than a guarantee.
- Changing plans
- Upgrades need written approval of scope and price and do not restart your 12-month term. Downgrades take effect after the initial term and may mean reducing pages or features.
- Support hours
- Monday to Friday, 8am–6pm Arizona time, excluding holidays. Edit turnaround targets are not a 24/7 emergency service.
- Your domain
- Connecting your domain at launch is included in setup. If you need one, we register it for your business with your written approval of the name and cost, and administer it through our managed Cloudflare account by default. An existing domain can stay at its current registrar. The domain is never part of a website buyout or held against a balance.
- Domain costs & handoff
- Registration and renewal are separate from the subscription and billed at cost. Basic release or account handoff is included; the optional $50 per domain covers extra hands-on transfer or DNS work beyond that, approved first.
