Pay $99 to start your project. It is credited toward your first month of service, not charged on top of it. At launch, Essential owes $0 more, Business owes $100 more and Growth owes $200 more for that first month. The next full plan payment is due one month after launch. The $99 is refundable if you cancel before work begins.

Every plan includes a custom-styled, mobile-friendly site, managed hosting with SSL and technical maintenance, basic on-page SEO, an inquiry form with tap-to-call, and routine updates to existing pages. The Command Center customer dashboard and Google reporting connections are planned but not yet available to customers. Essential covers up to 5 pages; Business covers up to 7 pages, Google Business Profile help and a quarterly review; Growth covers up to 12 pages, an extra page each quarter and a monthly review. AI missed-call lead capture is also planned, not yet available.

A baseline Google Analytics 4 connection and Google Search Console connection, so it can show website traffic and visitor trends, tracked conversions where available, and Search Console impressions/clicks/queries/position; website health and performance results once operational; your leads and inquiries; a way to submit and track website-change requests; reports and performance summaries; your plan details; and your contracts and account documents — all with clear last-updated timestamps. The baseline is planned for every plan, Essential through Growth. The portal is not yet available to customers, and nothing on the site presents its data as real ahead of that.

On Growth, when you miss a call, an AI assistant answers, explains you will call back, and collects the caller’s name, callback number, service needed, job description or scope, location, and urgency — then creates a lead in the Command Center immediately, with the call summary and transcript attached. This is missed-call lead capture, not a receptionist: it does not book appointments, quote jobs, process payments, or provide professional advice, and it does not replace emergency services — urgent emergencies should always use the appropriate emergency service. Proposed terms, which apply only if this planned feature launches and you separately approve it in writing: 100 AI-handled minutes a month would be included, and additional usage would be $0.50/minute, always disclosed before billing. It is planned, not available yet: the phone integration it depends on is not connected yet, so it is not operational for any customer today, and nothing starts or bills without your written approval.

No. Service is month to month from launch. Tell us before your next renewal if you want to cancel; the site stays hosted through the period you already paid for. There is no early-termination charge.

The first service month starts when your site launches. Your $99 start payment is credited to it. The remaining first-month balance, if any, is due at launch; the next full plan payment is due one month later.

Your domain is registered for your business using your correct registrant details, and you keep the domain rights set out in the service agreement. Our preferred default for a domain we register for you is to administer it through our managed Cloudflare account while we are providing your service — an administrative arrangement, not a change of ownership. It never makes the domain part of a website buyout, and it is never held against an outstanding website balance. If you already have a domain, it can simply stay where it is.

Yes. We can usually keep it registered with your existing provider and simply connect it to the hosting and DNS services we manage through Cloudflare. Before changing anything we check your existing website and email settings, so that connecting the new site does not knock out email you are already using. Connecting your domain at launch is included.

We help you choose one that is available and register it on your behalf, with your written approval of both the name and the cost before we buy anything. By default a domain we register is administered through our managed Cloudflare account — that is how we keep the DNS and hosting working without asking you to run anything — but it is registered for your business using your correct registrant details, and the rights set out in the service agreement are yours. Registration and renewal charges are separate from your website subscription.

We do. Your site runs on infrastructure we manage through Cloudflare, and managed hosting, SSL and technical maintenance are part of your monthly price. You never buy a hosting plan, renew a certificate, or manage a server.

You own your domain, business accounts and materials and content you supply from the start. You can request the website’s transferable files and business content without a buyout fee while your plan is current, including during a paid month in which you cancel. Reusable development tools, our hosting infrastructure and third-party assets or licences that cannot be transferred are excluded.

Cancel before your next renewal and service ends when the current paid month ends. We stop hosting the site then, so request a file handoff before that date if you want to move it. Basic website-file export is included while your plan is current; your domain is yours regardless of any website-service balance, and basic domain release is included.

Yes. While your plan is current, request the transferable website files and your business content; there is no buyout fee. For example, if your October 1 plan payment cleared, an October 19 request is within that paid month. We provide the export, but a new provider must configure hosting and any replacement services. Your domain can be moved separately and is never part of a website buyout.

No. Connecting your domain at launch and basic domain release or account handoff are included if you later want to manage it yourself or move to another provider, subject to the provider’s transfer requirements and applicable locks. The optional $50 per domain covers additional hands-on transfer or DNS work, quoted and approved before any charge. Website migration, email migration and registrar charges are separate.

Email, call or text the change — new price, new hours, a photo from last week’s job — and we make it live; you never need to touch a website builder yourself. Once the Command Center customer dashboard is live, you will also be able to submit a request and follow its status there. Routine edits are targeted within 5 business days on Essential, 3 on Business and 2 on Growth, measured from when we have complete instructions, during Monday–Friday support hours.

Routine changes to existing pages are included: supplied text, hours, prices and photos. Send requests as needed; we handle one active request at a time in your plan’s routine queue. New pages, substantial rewrites, redesigns and new functionality are separate work, quoted and approved before any charge.

The typical target is 2–4 weeks after we have your materials and approvals. It depends on the scope of the project and current scheduling, so treat it as a target rather than a guarantee. Getting photos, logos and details back quickly is the single biggest thing that moves it.

No. Domain registration and renewal charges are separate from your website subscription, and business email, paid software, booking subscriptions and advertising spend are separate third-party charges. Where we register a domain on your behalf we tell you the cost and get your approval first, and it is billed on to you at cost rather than folded into the monthly price.

Yes. Upgrades need written approval of the new scope and price. Downgrades can take effect at the next monthly renewal and may require reducing pages or features to fit the smaller plan.

No, and you should be sceptical of anyone who does. What is included is the foundation ranking depends on: a fast site, clear service and city pages, correct business information, structured data and a sitemap — plus Google Business Profile help on Business and Growth. Results depend on your market and competition, and these plans are not a comprehensive ongoing SEO campaign.

Often, yes — but not inside a plan. Ecommerce, booking integrations and custom applications are quoted individually, based on what the build actually requires, and any third-party subscription for them is billed to you separately. Custom portals are also quoted individually. The planned Command Center dashboard is intended to come with every plan at no extra cost once it launches, and it is not available yet.
