Plain-language summary — not legal advice, not the contract
This page is a summary, not a contract. It describes how the plans work in ordinary language so you can read it before you call. The document that actually governs the relationship is a written service agreement, which you will receive and sign before any work begins. That agreement has not been reviewed by counsel yet, and nothing on this page should be treated as legal advice. Where this page and the signed agreement differ, the signed agreement controls.
Plans and prices
- Essential. $99 one-time setup plus $99/month. Up to 3 standard content pages at launch and 30 minutes of small content edits per month.
- Business. $99 one-time setup plus $199/month. Up to 7 standard content pages at launch and 60 minutes of small content edits per month.
- Growth. $99 one-time setup plus $349/month. Up to 12 standard content pages at launch and 120 minutes of small content edits per month.
- Every plan has a 12-month initial term, beginning at launch. Prices exclude applicable taxes, and any extras are quoted and approved in writing before work begins.
- Each plan covers one business website.
Billing and term
- The setup fee is due before work begins, and is refundable if you cancel before work starts.
- Monthly billing and the 12-month service term both begin at launch, not at signup.
- After the initial term, service continues month to month.
- Cancellation after the initial term requires 30 days’ written notice.
- Upgrades require written approval of scope and pricing and do not restart the initial term. Downgrades take effect after the initial term and may require reducing pages or features.
- Refund treatment after work has started, cancellation before launch, delays caused by missing materials, missed payments and early termination are all addressed in the written service agreement.
What a plan covers
- Page allowances refer to standard marketing and content pages. Basic privacy, terms and accessibility-information pages do not count against that allowance; legal drafting is not included.
- Two consolidated revision rounds are included before launch.
- Small content edits means updates to existing text, prices, hours and images you supply.
- Unused monthly editing time does not roll over.
- Additional editing is $75/hour, estimated and approved by you before work begins.
- Additional standard content pages start at $149 each, with a written scope and price.
- New pages, redesigns, new functionality and complex integrations are separate unless expressly included. Ecommerce, booking integrations, portals and custom applications are quoted individually.
- Domain registration and renewal charges, business email, paid software, booking subscriptions, advertising spend and other third-party charges are separate from the subscription. Where we purchase on your behalf, we get your approval first and bill it on at cost.
Hosting and support
- We provide managed hosting through infrastructure we operate on Cloudflare, along with SSL and technical maintenance, for as long as your plan is active.
- Support hours are Monday to Friday, 8am–6pm Arizona time, excluding holidays. Routine edit turnaround targets are targets during those hours — they are not a promise of 24/7 emergency service.
- A typical launch target is 2–4 weeks after we receive required materials and approvals, subject to project scope and scheduling. It is a target, not a guarantee.
Your domain
- If you do not have a domain. We help you choose an available name and register it on your behalf. You give written approval of the name and the registration cost before we purchase it.
- How a domain we register is administered. Our preferred default is to administer it through Tesseract North’s managed Cloudflare account while we are providing your service. It is registered for your business using your correct registrant details, and you retain the domain rights set out in the service agreement. If you would rather hold it in your own registrar account, tell us and we will set it up that way.
- What that arrangement is not. Administering a domain is not a change of ownership. It does not make the domain part of a website buyout, and domain rights are never held against an outstanding website-service balance.
- If you already have a domain. We can usually keep it registered with your existing provider and connect it to the hosting and DNS services we manage through Cloudflare. We check existing website and email settings before making changes.
- Leaving or self-managing. If you want to manage the domain yourself or move to another provider, we will help arrange its release or account transfer, subject to the provider’s transfer requirements and any applicable locks. Basic domain release or account handoff is included. Additional migration work is quoted and approved beforehand.
- Domain handoff is separate from transferring website files, hosting or email. You are never required to buy your domain back.
- Costs. Registration and renewal charges are separate from your website subscription and are billed on at cost with your prior approval.
- What the fees cover. Connecting your domain at launch is included in the setup fee, and basic release or account handoff is included. The optional $50 per domain applies only to additional hands-on transfer or DNS work outside that, approved by you before any billable work.
Ownership and handoff
- You retain ownership of your domain, your business accounts and the materials and content you supply.
- After the initial term is complete and outstanding balances are paid, you may request the website’s transferable files and business content without a separate buyout fee.
- Reusable development tools, provider infrastructure and third-party assets or licences are excluded where they cannot be transferred. A handed-off site may require hosting and configuration on your side to run.
- Managed hosting and maintenance end on the agreed service termination date.
- If you want the website files before the initial term is complete, you may request a written early-buyout quote. Website migration and replacement services are quoted separately. Your domain is not part of any buyout — see “Your domain” above.
What we do not promise
- No search ranking, lead volume or revenue result is promised, guaranteed, or implied. These plans are not a comprehensive ongoing SEO campaign.
- The plans are not “unlimited” and not “everything included.” The scope above is the scope.
