What Tesseract North is
Tesseract North designs, builds, hosts and maintains websites for local service businesses — the trades, mostly, and mostly in the northwest Phoenix metro. We are based in Surprise, Arizona.
The model is deliberately narrow: a one-time setup fee, a monthly subscription, and we handle the whole website. No hourly billing for a text change. No hosting invoice from a company you have never dealt with. No dashboard you have to learn.
Why the price is structured this way
A custom website is normally quoted at several thousand dollars up front, which is exactly why so many local service businesses do not have one. The ones that do often paid once, years ago, and have not been able to change anything since.
The $99 setup plus a monthly subscription exists to solve both halves of that. The build is not a five-figure decision, and the site does not become a stranded asset the moment it launches, because maintaining it is the ongoing part of the arrangement rather than an afterthought.
The 12-month initial term is the trade that makes it work. It is disclosed next to every price on this site, because a monthly figure without the commitment beside it is not really a price.
What we will not do
We will not promise a Google ranking, invent testimonials, publish review counts nobody earned, or put a licence number on a site without confirming it. Every one of those is common in this industry and every one of them eventually costs the business more than it gains.
We also will not build doorway pages — a dozen near-identical city pages that differ only by name. Google treats that as spam. If we build a page for your service area, it says something true and specific about working there, or it does not get built. The same rule applies to our own site, which is why we maintain six area pages rather than thirty.
You talk to the person doing the work
There is no account manager relaying messages to a team you never meet. The person who takes the discovery call is the person who designs the site and the person who makes the change when you email six months later.
That is also the honest limit of the business. Support hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm Arizona time. Routine edits are targeted within 5, 3 or 2 business days depending on your plan. It is not a 24/7 emergency service, and we would rather say so here than let you find out later.
Being local is a working advantage, not a slogan
Summer emergency calls, winter-visitor seasonality, monsoon damage, age-restricted communities with their own rules, and how far anybody will actually drive for a service call — all of that changes how a site should be built, and none of it is obvious from out of state.
It also means the discovery call can happen at your shop. For a lot of owners in the trades, that is the difference between getting a website sorted and putting it off for another year.
